- This amount will be deducted from the purchase price once you have signed a purchase contract.

Terms and conditions: The sightseeing package is for sightseeing in Lustica Bay and includes assistance from a sales representative. Bookings are subject to availability and are based on a maximum of two people sharing accommodation, including VAT. Lustica Development AD reserves all rights to change this offer without prior notice. General terms and conditions apply.
The fee for the reservation is between 2,000 - 5,000.00 EUR depending on the unit.
Only a copy of your passport is required.
This fee will be deducted from the first deposit when the contract is signed.
Lustica Bay pays the notary fees for the customer's first purchase.
The current financing plan includes a down payment of 20% and a planned instalment of at least 70% of the total price
until the keys are handed over.

- On the other hand, if you buy your property through an investor or developer, the tax is 0%.
- Montenegro introduced a tax policy that was rather favourable and focused on investments.
- The income and corporate tax rates are both 9%.
- In addition, the capital gains tax rate is 9%.
- The pension and inheritance tax rate is 0%.
- The VAT rate is 21%.
No, there are currently no restrictions for foreigners wishing to purchase a property in Montenegro.
